Prj.conf file commands document

I am new to Zephyr and Nordic. I onserved that to use variuos APIs it is required to declare in prj.conf file. But, where is the list and document of various commands woth detialed explantion. Fo, to use USART_ASYCH_API... or BT .... in which document are these explained ?

You can refer the Zephyr APIs for details and explanations. We also have documentation regarding Kconfig reference which can be used for the CONFIG statements. Also, you can read more about the nRF Connect SDK and we also have a Getting started guide.
