So I've been having an issue connecting JLink to programmer v2.2.0.

I've never had an issue before just after the Connect and Programmer update.

We've been programing a Laird BL652-SA Chipset Nordic nRF52832 for over a year with no issue now production has stopped due to this issue.

Hi Chris,

This may be caused by either J-Link or nrfjprog. In both cases the reinstallation might help.
Could you please update nRF-Command-Line-Tools to the latest version 10.15.2?

We were on 3.7.0 before the update no sure what version the programmer was on.

Hi Chris,

I updated nRF Connect for Desktop to the newest version 3.9.3 and the Programmer to the version 2.2.0, but I cannot see the problem that you described. 

Check first your board's connection to the PC. In Windows 10 you could check if the board appears as connected to the COM port using Device Manager. Additionally, verify that the board is listed in the output of the command "nrfjprog --com".
