JTAG nrf52840 boundary scan

Hello there, can I use the JTAG interface of the nrf52840 to perform a boundary scan of the components connected to it?
I'd like to have fewer testpoints in my pcb and use JTAG instead.

Hi, the nRF52 does not support JTAG, it uses the SWD interface for debugging.

I found that XJTAG has support for ARM SWD protocol

I believe it can be used for Nordic ARM products.
