Thingy:91 problem with the sim card

I recently bought Thingy:91 (nrf 9160)  there was a SIM card included but it didn't work! I have written to support twice at the recommended address [email protected]. it was still January 10th, but there is still no answer. 

That's why I'm writing here

The SIM card must work on the territory of Russia and Ukraine??

The iBasis SIM card is not supported in Russia nor Ukraine, according to the iBasis coverage map. I would urge you to contact one of the local network providers listed in the GSMA IoT network  overview.
