I've got a nRF51822 DK which I try to program with a SoftDevice using the nRFgo Studio (nRF51 Programming). My chip/programmer seem to recognized properly since all necessary fields appear green in the J-Link GDB Server. However, when trying a "Erase all" I get the following error message:
Erase all failed
Unknown errorcode: -27

ERROR: FICR->CODESIZE register reads 0x0, cannot proceed further
When using exactly the same hardware configuration but another board everything works fine. The problem board has not been used before and is freshly coming from factory. Am I missing something or is there the possibility of a production error despite the green "noca | passed functional | 27 2013" tag on it?
