Can't merge app.hex and softdevice.hex

we are using "nRF5_SDK_17.0.2_d674dde" and nRF52832 chipset to develop software, after build via SES, we try to merge the app hex file and softdevice file, but it fails.

I have never seen this before. Do you get the same error if you try to merge these two hex files on another computer? If yes, can you upload them here?

I updated the command line tool, and has solved the error.
