5340 52840 nRF24. how should I choose?

I am designing a set of equipment, one to transmit voice and the other 200 to receive voice (One person speaks and 200 people listen). It is 8kByte/s low-quality audio, one-way communication, no response, and It is required to use the distance greater than 100m in the outdoor street environment. The transmitter can use a large antenna and high power.

question: what kind of chip can be used to achieve?
BLE mode 5340 or 2.4G mode (52840 + nRF24) or other?

i need idea,thanks.

LE AUDIO wiht 5340, now no SDK, and no specific date.

    This sounds strange, at 1 meter you should not expect a lot of packet loss. How do you measure this?

    I've been in touch with the sales team , but they don't know technology.

    our company has purchased a batch of 52840 for other production projects.

    Now,it is a new project,

    i've five 52840DK and two 5340DK and five nRF24L01 module.

    One-to-many , one-way communication;

    8kByte/s or 4kByte/s low-quality audio;

    large antenna and high power;

    distance greater than 100meter;

    Technically, how should I choose? Or there's a better choice?

    In general the nRF5340 is the best device for LE Audio, and our initial LE Audio tests are all based on this device. 

    I will check internally if we are planning to support LE Audio for the nRF52 series as well, and I will let you know what I find out. 

    In order to support distances greater than 100m you could use an RF front end on the transmitter side, to boost the output power to 10-20dBm (depending on region). Since the signal is one directional it should be sufficient to use a power amplifier on the transmitter side. If you use an LNA on the receiver side you could improve range even more, but this would increase the system cost significantly compared to just using a PA in the transmitter (since you have 200 receivers pr transmitter it is more important to optimize the receiver design for cost). 

    I will also try to find out when we are planning to make the LE Audio code publicly available.

    Do you mean one of our regional sales managers, or did you talk to one of our distributors?
    The Nordic Semiconductor sales group has got a very good technical understanding of our products, since they specialize on Nordic devices only (compared to distributors, which have to support devices from many different vendors).
