Using Power Profiler Kit II on Chromebook

Hello,

I am trying to use a PPK II on Chromebook Linux.  The nRF Connect for Desktop software installs and runs but does not recognize the PPK II hardware.  I have allowed Linux access to the PPK II hardware, but it does not show up as a Serial port on Chromebook Linux.  From my research, I believe the Power Profiler software communicates with the PPK II via a serial port, so I believe this is the problem.

This is probably a problem with Chrome's OS handling of this particular USB device, but if anyone has a work-around, I would appreciate knowing about it.

The lsusb in Linux produces the following output:
Bus 001 Device 002: ID 1915:c00a Nordic Semiconductor ASA

and dmesg produces this output when the PPK II connects to LInux:
usb 1-1: new full-speed USB device number 3 using xhci_hcd

Thanks!
