Can nRF Sniffer also sent user-defined packets?

Is it possible to send user-defined advertising packets or inject packets in followed connection using nRF51-Dongle with nRF Sniffer firmware?

@Dan: No, the sniffer only do packet sniffing. It won't transmit any data. It's not very easy to inject a packet in a connection without packets collision, unless the peripheral use slave latency or placed relatively far away from the receiver.
