nRF21540 BLE Timing

We are in the early phase of architecting a product that uses BLE and a proprietary RF protocol using the nRF52840 and are considering the addition of the nRF21540.  In sifting through DevZone, it looks like there are reports of a TX/RX switch-timing issue when using the FEM for BLE.

Is this still a problem, or was that just with early nRF21540 silicon?

Also, is there a EVK or DVK that includes both these chips on a single PCB?

I believe the issue is still persistent. I will however confirm it internally and get back to you.

Yes there is. The nrf21540 DK has both the nrf21540 chip and the nrf52840 SoC on it.
