What is the specification on write/read wear-out of nrf5340 internal flash memory?

We are trying to figure out the specification of write/read wear outs of the internal flash memory in nrf5340.

Hi Jae,

All published documentation for Nordic products can be found in the infocenter for Nordic Semiconductor. The product specification for nRF5340 states that the flash endurance for erase cycles, or read/write wear out, is minimum 10 000 cycles. This information can be found at page 340 in v1.2 of the nRF5340 documentation.
