Nrf9160 siaa & sica compatiblity

Is it possible to use a NRF9160-SICA-B1 for a pcb designed around the NRF9160-SIAA-B1? Based on my findings, the pins are compatible, I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything.

Note: The GPS receiver won't be used as there was no provision for it.

The devices are pin-compatible. As you noted the difference is the lack of GPS in the SIAA package. Otherwise, it is electrically and RF identical.  

If you don't need GPS then the nRF9160-SIAA-B1 would operate without issues on a board designed for the nRF9160-SICA-B1 as long GPS was not needed.
