SoC which supports the protocols BLE, Zigbee and IEEE802.15.4

Hallo,

Is nRF52840 good choice for the wireless protocols such as BLE, Zigbee and IEEE802.15.4? Can I develop these protocols in this SoC? If so is there any tutorial for Zigbee protocol development with nordic?

Yes, the nRF52840 is Nordic's Zigbee flagship SoC. You can take a look at which SoC that have support for Zigbee/IEEE802.15.4 and their differences in the comparison matrix in this page. Check also this Zigbee quick start guide for getting started.
