Nordic suggested 10uH coil for nRF53 internal powering

According to eval kit reference BOM list a TDK MLZ1608M100WDT25 10uH coil is the only one on list. Is there any other suggested coil models tested by Nordic? Just wondering internal DCR is 1,05ohm. It's quite  high, but do you mean it's still "good enough"?

This particular inductor was chosen because of having good efficiency. Isat is important here and should be 2x max current for good efficiency. So ~80 mA is good here.
