BLE disconnection - rejected due to limited resources

Hi,

I'm using nRF52832 to connect to my PC via BLE. I'm using NFC pad to establish connection.

Randomly, After short period of connection (about 100ms), I'm receiving a disconnection event from the soft device, with reason code 0xD (Connection Rejected due to Limited Resources).

Can you please provide me some details regarding this issue? How does it happen? Who initiates the disconnection - central or peripheral?
