moblie phone can not fine the nrf device without app?

hi, i have meet an issue,when my pca10028 board was advtersing it can be found by the android app which provide by nordic.But it can not be found by my mobile phone.So,i wanted to know the reason and the way that can found the device by anohter type of ble4.0 device.

If you mean that the normal Bluetooth settings screen (in the "Wireless & Network Settings") can not find the device, it is probably because it is only searching for Bluetooth Classic devices, not Bluetooth Low Energy devices.

Not quite. There are also several general purpose Bluetooth Low Energy programs that can use to explore the BLE "database". I use an iOS app called LightBlue. If you go to the Android app store and search for Bluetooth Low Energy Scanner you will find several free scanner apps. I often use the scanner app for debugging and as a proxy during initial testing (i.e., until an actual app is ready). (By the way, if anyone else develops using Android devices, which scanner app do you think is best on Android?)
