Hi,
Are BMD-341 and MDBT50Q–U1MV2 modules are exactly the same?
Why I asking this question is, I saw some differences between them in the datasheet especially in the power consumption section. but both are using the same nRF52840 chip

Hi,
The BMD-341 and MDBT50Q–U1MV2 modules uses the same Nordic Semiconductor nRF52840 SoC and are similar in what they offer in specifications and features but they are not identical. As you stated, there are differences which can be found in the respective datasheets of the products.
I hope this answers your question!
Kind regards,
Andreas
means, Simply I can get the same functionality with both modules? including same power consumption
If the list of features and specs supplied by the producers contains the same functionalities, then you can get the same functionality with both modules. The same statement also holds for the power/current consumption.
I suggest you consult the datasheets for the u-block module and Raytac module more closely to uncover the differences in functionality, and compare them with the nRF52840SoC product brief specifications to see if the producers have added anything else to the modules than what our SoC offers.
Kind regards,
Andreas
