Full Kit for Matter development

Hello, I'm doing an evaluation of your development kit for Matter. I see that you recommend the nRF52840 DK does this kit come with everything I need for Matter development, like to set up the weather station or do I need more hardware? Where can I get the complete list of hardware required so that I can purchase it all at the same time.

Ok, I have purchased an nRF5340 Dev kit. I'm trying to get it going on my Mac. Unfortunately the latest version of nRF Connect 3.10 does not launch on my Mac. I'm running a pretty old version of the OS Mojave, is there a known issue here? All I get is a splash screen but the Connect tool never comes up. If I downgrade to 3.9 it works but then I don't have the components I need to launch the tools. Right now in terms of Matter development on my Mac I think I'm dead in the water. Does anyone have any suggestions?
