nRF Connect programmer software not working

Hi all,

I am having issues with the nRF connect programmer that is used to flash the mcu.

I have installed the software my nRF connect version is v 3.10.0 (It is not available to download as of now, I installed 3.9.3 and it updated to 3.10.0). Then I installed the programmer and when I click on OPEN button it gives me an error. And I am unable to go to the programming GUI to flash my hex files.

I have attached the error image of what it looks like. It says to restart application I have done it more than 20 times but it comes to the same screen again and again. I also reinstalled the application twice but its still the same.

Hi Shoaib,

This was a bug on our end and a fix has been found. Thanks for letting us know.

Programmer v2.3.1 is out now with the fix.

Thanks Priyanka for your reply. Good to hear that we have fix for this. 

Other thing i did to make work is downgraded it to 3.7.1 that also worked for me as of now.

I would really appreciate if you can notify me here once the version v2.3.1 is live.
