Can I use this aerial: https://thepihut.com/products/pycom-lte-m-cellular-antenna with the Thingy91 LTE-M interface. I am unsure whether the Thingy91 has a uFL connector as the interface on the pycom aerial looks similar but not quite the same.

Hi John,
For LTE we use an SWF connector, not uFL unfortunately.

Googling I can't find any information about SWF aerials.
Can you send some links to SWF aerials?
According to this: https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/30986/swf-connector-for-customized-pcb
it would be better if they were uFL?
As you can see in the responses by Sigurd on the thread you linked to, the purpose of the SWF connector is to do RF measurements on a spectrum analyzer. That is why it is hard to find any.
It would in a sense be better with uFL, but that all depends on your application. What are you planning on using it for?

Thanks. I want to attach an aerail to boost the signal as it is very weak where I am.
Hi,
Then, like in the case you linked to I don't know if you have that many options. The SWF connector there isn't meant to be used for an external antenna. You could still see if you do find one though, or end up making one. In which case I should also mentioned that the SWF connectors are a bit big and fall off easily, so it can be used for testing but isn't a good permanent solution.
