Connecting to nrfcloud

Soo,

I've had a sim and a device connected to the nrfcloud, it worked. Then I didn't use nrfcloud for a couple of months, and now it doesn't work anymore. It tries to connect to the cloud, but gets CLOUD_EVT_DISCONNECTED each time.

So I've dug around the documentation, and found somewhere that it might be the best to delete my device and sim card from the nrfcloud, and start from scratch (maybe the credentials were expired, I've generated new ones but they didn't match?). Anyway, I've deleted the sim and the device. And now, when I try to add my sim card, I set the ICCID and PUK, it passes to the next step. But in the next window where I'm supposed to activate it (set details about my name, address, phone, etc), I get the following error:

Could not find group "3302100" for SIM 893xxxxxxxxxxxx9971F (eid: 89001570010894932000526218503815).

I have no idea what this means. The eid is wrong and the software added "1F" to my ICCID. Any idea what's going on here?
This card works, I've payed 20$ for 100MB just the other day.

Cheers,
Aleksa
