SUPL License Denied

As the title says I was denied supl license. Really not sure why it was denied. Could someone check this out please?

Hello,

Could you verify if you meet all of the following prerequisits: 

1. You must meet the general eligibility criteria of the library license agreement.

2. You must be a member of Devzone, registered to the same email as used when applying for this license.

3. You must have logged in to the Devzone less than 4 weeks ago.

Not sure what eligibility criteria. Otherwise, I've all was good. I use devzon semi regularly, and yep the email was the same.

Could you try to log out of Devzone and the browser and log in again. Then try to apply for license from https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/nRF9160/Download#infotabs

You would then get a download link in your email. Please try this out and let me know.
