RAM Code Response Time Out and CPU reset

I facing a problem. When, progrsmis run for testing on nRF5340DK using SES, the CPU resets automaticaly. The RAM does not respond timely is shown , please see the attached images.

    Hi Gulzar

    Usually, this error code is due to a too fast SWD frequency, or a bad connection. Can you try recovering the device using nrfjprog? It can be downloaded from here. You can recover using nrfjprog --recover from the command line if the nRF53 DK is the only connected J-Link device.

    If that fails, you can add a --log to generate a log file, which you then can attach to this thread.
