nRF Connect for Desktop v3.9.3 is grey screen

Hi

I upgraded NCS from 3.6.0 to 3.9.3.Whenever I try to open the app, it keeps showing a grey screen(or white screen). If I click the SETTINGS->Updates->"Check for updates" button is successful, the APPS it goes back to normal, otherwise it's still a grey screen.

So I try to find the answer in devzone, Found this post(nRF connect v3.5.0 application is not running and show a white screen) and tried. Can't solve the problem.

My OS is Windows 7 Ultimate(64 bits)
