Adapting library Max3010x arduino to NRF52

I am traying to convert library max30105 arduito to Nrf52840 code but i have a problem about this

I am reading de Reg FIFO  led red and led IR , but  its not the same data, do you know what is the reason? 

do I need to do something? 

did you have the same problem? or this is normal,

There is not really much indication here, and I am not sure it is really a question for Nordic, but we can give it a go. How do you print the data from the arduino and how do you print it from the nRF? Where is the data coming from?
