problem of nrf app : gatt conn timeout

Hello, I did my own custom board with an nrf52805 and I'm trying to put a module with different frames, and when I do that my app is disconnecting 5seconds after. I didn't have a problem for now with a com with a driver 485 but now that I'm putting it, I can't receive any info because I'm getting the error: GATT conn timeout. For info, I used the BLE_ app_uart example and changed so info to have the functionality to my custom board.

Please debug and explain your findings. Simply a high level description of the failure is not enough to make any suggestions. Debugging is required in such cases. Where do you get the error? Please refer to code. In what cases is it? In order to fix the issue, we need to know what caused it.
