NRF52840 VBUS current leakage

Hi,

I have some problem with NRF52840. When I use software example "ram_retention" in peripheral directory on 2 différents board I have 2 differents state of VBUS pin.

I have made "Erase chip" before programming the 2 boards.

On my 2 différents board I have cut the VBUS wire near the NRF52840 module (18039 from HolyIOT).

VDD = 3.0 V

On the first board VBUS pin measured to 0 V.

On the second board VBUS pin measured to 2.7 V.

That a problem for me because, in the final configuration, I need to connect VBUS to USB +5V IN pin, and to a IC charger. And when VBUS pin connected to IC charger, I can measure a current consomption near to 50uA !

How is it possible that the VBUS pin can generate an output current ?

Regards,

Gaétan
