nrf5340_NFC , does it need a EMC Filter for FCC part-15C certification

Hi,

I had used the NXP CLRC663 that need a EMC filter circuit to pass FCC part-15C certification.

nrf5340_NFC EVB havn't the circuit and it only have 2 parallel capacitors.  does it pass pass CC part-15C certification.??

No extra components other than the one in the reference schematic will ne needed. The CLRC663 seems to be a reader, while the nRF5340 is a tag only. Hence the NFC part will not emit anything by itself
