After my enquiry I received the following email and I am unable to reply to the answer.

Is there a problem with my usage?

Is there a problem with my usage?

I see that there ticket contains a 'verified answer' - this option is used to signify that the issue of the ticket was resolved using that particular comment. This will also then close the ticket for further comments, since the verified answer solved the original issue.

I would like to reply, how do I do this so I can reply?

I have opened the ticket again now so that you may continue the discussion.
