nRF5340 issues reading FICR

Hi, I created a Zephyr project for board : nRF5340DK_nRF5340_cpuapp. Now, I need to read the Device ID from FICR. I made changes in overlay file as shoen in atached first image. The CMake and Build is successful. When, debug is run using nRF5340DK, the device binding fail as shown in attahed second image.

In the TF-M Hello World sample reads FICR register,
https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/1.9.0/nrf/samples/tfm/tfm_hello_world/README.html 

You can use that as refrance.
