SDK 17.1.0 verification GCC toolchains

Hi,

In the SDK 17.1.0 release note (downloaded from https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Development-software/nRF5-SDK/Download?lang=en#infotabs), the verification GCC compiler is GCC ARM Embedded 9.2020-q2.major.

But on it is not available on the https://developer.arm.com/tools-and-software/open-source-software/developer-tools/gnu-toolchain/gnu-rm/downloads.

What is the SDK 17.1 verification GCC version used ?

Hi,

This seems to be a typo in the release notes. It should have stated 2020-q2-update, and that is the ARM GCC version I recommend you use with SDK 17.1.0.

I use that version 10.3.  If you want to use an older version, there is a link on ARM page to download an older version.
