code not flash in nrf5340pdk

We have nrf5340pdk kit we are trying to flash code via nrf connect or Segger studio but firmware is not flash and when we powered up the pdk it's showing three port  can you suggest any suggestion !!

Hi,

What version of nRF Connect SDK are you using? The nRF5340 PDK became deprecated in v1.5.0, and the latest supported version on the PDK is v1.4.2.

In nrf connect programmer using version is 2.3.3 and what about port issue

Hi,

But what is the version of the SDK that you are using? The latest version of nRF Connect SDK is v1.9.0, but you must use v1.4.2 or earlier with the PDK.

Also, how did you install the SDK, and what application are you trying to program the PDK with? Can you also explain how you are building and programming the application?
