custom attributes for handles

hi support team,

i searched devzone, my question are similar with "devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../349118

it is clear we can't set it manually. and there is no API to achieve this function.

i have another question: can we set the start handler? for example start from 0x100, so nus->tx_handler will set as 0x10D, not 0x0D?

i tried on BLE_GATT_HANDLE_START for 0x100, but failed. the nus->tx_handler is still 0x0D.
