Tenant already has SIM ... registered.

The iBASIS sim card came with Thingy:91 does not work. Got the replacement card today. However, I cannot finish the nRF cloud reg process. The new error message said 

Tenant "7e751fa1-63b9-47d0-895b-b7ba0f16c6c9" already has SIM "89310806XXXXXXXXX" registered.

Any suggestion?

Can you please provide more details on how you got the error? Was this the first time you registered the SIM via nRF Cloud?

Can you please try the SIM card and verify if the SIM works or not in the Thingy:91.

How did you get the error?

I tried adding it via "Add device", the first time everything was fine, until "activate". The page took too long to respond. So I refreshed the web page and tried to re-register the device. Then, I got the error. 

Can you please try the SIM card?

I can see the SIM card under my account, but cannot activate it.

There is no data connection for the Thingy:91.

I think the sim might have registered in the 1st session, but it was not provisioned. Is there any way I can clean the registration and re-do the activation? thanks,

Hello, 

Our nRF Cloud team has removed the SIM manually. You should be able to re-add the SIM to your account. Please verify.

Thanks. New error. 

After I click "Skip", there is an inactivated SIM card under my "SIM Card" session. If I tried to "Active", go back to the original error.
