Guide of software setup for NRF52832 DK

Hi all,

I'm a beginner and want to learn about NRF52832 DK. But I have trouble in setting up my software enviroment and I don't know which software or IDE I could use to do development since the instruction page of Nordic tools and downloads can't be open.

Segger Embedded Studio is an IDE that is supported by the SDK examples e.g., but you could use Eclipse with GNU ARM as well.
