nRF52810: Switching the Converter mode for low current consumption

We plan to use it with the Converter mode enabled for low current consumption.

However, if PIN is always set to Hi in order to use the Converter mode, about 300μA will always flow due to the internal pull-down resistor.

In order to avoid this problem, I plan to add a circuit that turns the converter mode to Hi only when the power is turned on.
How long does it take for the converter mode to become effective after the power is turned on and the converter mode is set to Hi?

Assumed operation interval
 Communication at 2-second intervals.

Yes, you shouldn't see a constant 300uA current draw. If the device is in refresh mode, you will see some spikes (as explained in this case), but a constant draw is not normal. Can you explain what pin exactly you set to high? It should be sufficient to enable the DCDC converter with the enabling DCDCEN bit as explained in the product specification.

    Best regards,
