Fail to load nRF Connect SDK project

Hello,

  I am using SEGGER Embedded Stuido for ARM(Nordic Edition) V5.68 for NRF9160 evaluation.

  

  It was Okay for while. But, suddenly, I met error message(SyntaxError: Unable to parse JSON string) whenever I try to select "Open nRF Connect SDK project..." in File

  I replace SES and nRF Connect SDK But, it keeps happened.

  I don't know how to resolve that issue. Can you help me out to resolve that issue?

Hi Chongchun and Xiaofeiyu，

Have you tried to completely delete SES and NCS and reinstall to try? Can you specify this issue happens on macOS or Linux on ARM?

I found a solution mentioned here https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/support-private/support/232162#permalink=507584, not sure if this fits your cases.

Yes, I did it several times. It happens on Windows. As you may know, That version of SES doesn't have installer. I just download it and unzip to use it. So, I tried to remove setting and user data through SES. But, It looks that some configuration are kept somewhere. And I tried to reinstall NCS and older version(NCS V1.8.0, NCS V1.7.0) of it.

But, Still happens same issues

I just rolled back my system to one weeks ago using Windows restore function.

Now, It looks okay.
