Ninja: not work to do

Hi!

I did a mesh trying to use diferent versions of a project renaming them, deleting the files inside the folder where I have my projects, putting inside other projects...etc. Now Visual is not working as always. One of the problems is the next one:

When I try to flash the application for a nrf52840 DK I get that message:

"Ninja: no work to do"

A few days ago I was flashing my board without any problem. Do you know what could be happening? Do I have to erase a "cache" where my old projects used to be?. For example, when I open Visual Studio there is the next warning message:

I erased Reloj_V3 project in the folder it was, but the message is still there. I dont uderstand why Visual Studio is looking for that project.

I am sorry for this message but I dont know what to do.
