Good evening,
since this morning, the data from my test devices (Thingy91) are unfortunately no longer displayed in the nRF Cloud. Neither the sensor data nor the device status has changed.
I use sim cards from 1Nce. There is sufficient data volume available. I was also able to find out via the provider that both devices are online and sending successfully.
Both devices have been running without any problems for the past few weeks.
Since the devices did not run for the same time, but the error occurred in parallel, I suspect that it is a certificate problem. Since one of the two devices is still with me, I flashed it again with the same .hex-file as before and was able to solve the problem.
Unfortunately, the second device is in the field for test purposes and is not so easy to reach for the time being. Do any of you know a way to solve the problem OTA?
