Removing mBed

How do I replace the mBed bootloader with J-Link's on nRF51 Dongle so I can flash the IC with nRFgo Studio again?

Download it - plug in holding the button - that mounts the bootloader - drag the image you downloaded to program it. When it's done unplug/replug it.

I would suggest then running 'jlink' or 'jlinkexe' from the command line after you've done it as the firmware probably needs upgrade, it changes reasonably often.
