nRF 21540 RF FEM for range extension

1) 13dB receive gain is the gain of the Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) or the gain of the antennas on the receiver side of nRF21540 RF FEM?

2) How less noise figure 2.5dB is achieved in nRF21540? Which process technology is used in LNA for example GaAs pHEMT or SiGe BiCMOS? Which LNA topology is used here- Common Source, Common gate or cascode?
