Nrf connect 1.9.0 Create New Board wizzard

Hi,

It is mentioned that there is a wizzard to create a new board.

In Visual studio, there is: NRF connect / Welcome / Create new Board..

It creates in the working directory, sub directories  boards/arm/<boardname>/

and it places several file int here..

Ok now i would like to do assigments for GPIO pins, (for UARTs, I2C, SPI, and some input/output GPIOs)

How is that to be done? 

Is there a wizzard to do that, or must it be done mannualy in the files ?
