Greetings. Like some others, I recently tried to activate the iBASIS eSIM included with a nRF9160 DK and found that the SIM had expired and could no longer be activated. I filed a ticket with iBASIS and received a free replacement eSIM. I am now trying to activate that SIM and find that the nRF Cloud portal does not accept ICCID numbers with more than 18 digits, My new iBASIS eSIM has a 19 digit ICCID. If I'm not mistaken, aren't ICCID 18-22 digit numbers?
Both the ICCID on the SIM carrier card and the number on the SIM itself match and are 19 digits.
How can I activate my SIM?
