Asset_tracker_V2

I tried to debug Asset_tracker_v2. During step by step debug, the program navigate to that part which is not included .. see the image. Also, I want to know, little more:

1. Is it possible to implement Asset_tracker_v2 or similar application using LTE M2M SIM or (LTE-M / NB-IOT) is mondatory ? 

2. In India, M2M SIM,  should LwM2M be used or MQTT ?

3. Yet I am using M2M compatibel SIM in Nordic9160DK kit.

Can you tell me the difference between an LTE M2M SIM and an LTE-M SIM? To me it seems like the same thing.
