2.) What type of solder mask did you use

We use FR4 1,6mm PCBs.

What is the IPC spec for the PCB?

Hi,

The material is FR4 -- IPC-4101C/21. The boards are in compliance with IPC 6012A and IPC-A-600 Class 2 specifications.
