The .west folder is empty

Hi,

Did you install the SDK and toolchain using Toolchain Manager? If so, it might be that not everything was downloaded and installed. We have seen this happen in cases where people are using VPN or are on a network with a strict firewall when installing. Please perform the steps in this comment by Markus, with v1.9.1 instead of v1.9.0, and see if it fixes the issue.

getting as "Invalid NCS installation " while tried to Browse the file location for nRF SDK file

Hi,

Did you try the steps in the comment, and is this what your v1.9.1 folder looks like?

Where is the "Invalid NCS installation" coming from, is it VS Code or something else? If it is VS Code can you show what you are setting the values as?
