DFU OTA

Hi , 

      I followed the DFU-OTA tutorial(DFU over Bluetooth) given below for nrf52833dvk. and it is successfully completed. Now the query is , once we shared the bin file from mobile device , where exactly it is going to store in nRF52833 device( internal flash or external flash) .mcumgr will validate the new firmware , once verification is done how it is going to change or swap the current firmware.  Kindly provide details here.

Hi. You should install "Device Manager" android application form Nordic guys. Connect to you nrfSoC and then upload. App has some topics.

Hi Vinay,

I would suggest to have a look at the MCUBootloader documentation here. You can find the flash map and how the bootloader will swap the image. The process of swapping is done by doing a confirm command (usually with OTA it 's done automatically)

If you want to know the location on your device, you can look at the partition.yml file inside build folder.
