nRF Connect app on Android has a regression related to DFU

I had been using the Andoid 4.24.3 version of the nRF Connect app and had no problem with performing DFUs. With the newer 4.25.1 version of the app I noticed a few things:

  1. the data transfer is now faster, ~1.5kB/s vs. ~1.1kB/s
  2. the DFU does not actually take place
  3. the log shows no error of any kind
  • I tried 4.25.2 which is a newer version than the last one I tried (i.e. 4.25.1) and DFU worked.  Under Settings -M Mcu Manager options I saw something called "Erase application settings" and it was enabled.  I did not see anything called "Erase Application Storage" in the settings options.  Hence, I think there is a different problem at play here.  Regardless, the issue seems to have been resolved.
