Connection time after reset

Hi everyone,

i'm currently developing on nRF9160DK with AWS brocker via NB-IOT connection and i don't know if i'm encountering an issue.

Until now, every time that i reboot the board, plug/unplug the USB, even if i'm not flashing a new firmware, the connection takes about 2 minutes to establish. I have a good signal strength when it is connected, but it takes a while. 

I also configured the APN with the one given by my sim provider as follow:

CONFIG_PDN_DEFAULT_APN="iot.1nce.net"

There is any configuration that i'm missing?

The connection after reset can be up to 15 minutes depending on the area. 

How is the connection after reset? Are you having any other issues with the connection?
