Housing for Eval Boards

Hi,

does any of the readers here have some good idea, as how to give the plenty of nordic eval boards on the desktop some kind of housing, to protect them from short cuts? As I always have more than one nrf52832 or nrf52840 eval boards on my desktop, I run always the risk that I will destroy some of them, by moving them over each other onto a screwdriver and so on. Is there any kind of housing, I could buy (or print on my own), to protect the boards? Something like the housing of the Power Profiler Kit II for example.

Hope you get the idea.

TIA

Torsten

  • As far as I know, we have no official case-designs.

You either could either look for public case-designs on the internet for printing or sale.
A quick google search for "case for nrf52840DK" found me this Thingiverse design, for example. (I have not tried this, you would have to use your own judgement)

Or you could design your own case using a CAD tool.
Our Developement Kits should have the same mounting hole positions, and similar header positions on top, in case that is useful to know.
